My Opinion:
As a person currently in college, teamwork is something I am doing all the time. Sometimes it can be difficult to work in teams, especially when it doesn’t necessarily feel like a team effort. Reading this article helped me understand why it is so important, especially moving forward into the workforce. Being a team player and knowing how to do so, will overall increase productivity, will help you learn from others and grow as a person.
